Celery Salt is Still Celery
Someone asked me the other day if it's okay to use celery salt.
No. It's definitely not okay.
Here is my general rule of thumb... if it has the word "celery" anywhere in it it's not okay. Not in the name, not in the ingredients, not even the color "celery". Some of it is wrong because celery is vile and dangerous. Some is wrong just out of sheer principle.
But we have to be STRONG, people. If we give on the moral grounds it's the first step sliding down that slippery slope and before long we're doing celery and green apple shooters with our friends down at the bar.
Better safe than sorry, I say. And I hope you'll agree.

Thanks. You've cleared up what the Bible means when it instructs, “Abstain from all appearance of Evil”? (1 Thess 5:22)
This is one of my favorite blogs!
There's a new book (pulp fiction) being written where DNA of humans/animals/plant are mixed. There are celery people. You can cheer on as celery babies are eaten and others slaughtered. The book is being offered as it's written one chapter at a time and the author welcomes comments.

Oops meant to say Slaughter Realms is being offered "free" as it's being written.
Just heard on TV this morning that the classic Chicago hot dog is finished off with a sprinkling of celery salt! Oh no! Hope you can address this catastrophe.
*laughing!* and just the other day I not only put celery seed in something, but chopped up a stalk of celery and added that too! oh dear.....
What the hell is celery salt?
I'm probably better off not knowing.
